Reports & Data Entry Coordinator - Cerritos Headquarters
Position Summary
The Reports & Data Entry Coordinator plays a key role supporting the project management team by compiling and refining construction materials data into high-quality reports. This position reports to the Information Systems Manager and is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has the passion to achieve operational objectives by contributing to client specific construction project deliverables. Individuals with an eye for detail and strong excel skills will find success as they work within a team of like-minded individuals.
This position is responsible for compiling construction materials field and laboratory data, preparing daily client reports, and maintaining accurate, well-structured documentation. Key responsibilities include spreadsheet maintenance, cell formatting, report generation, and utilizing advanced Excel features to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Education & Experience
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role involving project coordination, data entry, spreadsheet management, word processing, and report generation. Strong proficiency in Excel is required. Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus.
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
